Healthy changes

Am i nagging or what?

I want to make a change,would anybody believe pls?
i realise i understand and i am trying to make a change but how am i able to cross the obstacles that blocks my way?

i wanted to lose weight and i determined to do it.Its hard to change the lifestyle that we youngsters have,we have hectic lifestyle,meet deadlines of projects,stress,unhealthy eating habits that lead to obesity,other illnesses such as cancer,heart disease,stroke and long term illness such as asthma.Therefore we ARe prone to these diseases at a young age.
Now you have realise that illness is not a good thing to mess with,so staying healthy is so important as you have to live to do the things that you want.
Love yourself before you learn to love others.

By loving yourself,you would take care of what you eat.
"you are what you eat"its true.
Self indulgence is only for once a while,most importantly:Moderation.
Make a promise to yourself for a heathier tomorrow.

Hmm.. sounds like a health talk seminar?
well,maybe you may think that you are still young,but every small problem starts at a early stage.so better be safe than sorry.

wish everyone a healthier body and mind to live their dreams in 09 and years to come!
